Do you think my friend is a good friend? or do I just expect too much out of this?

She considers me one of her "best friends." I feel taken for granted. When I was absent from school all week, she didn't bother to ask/call what's wrong. I called her and left her a voicemail instead but she didn't bother to reply and said her "cell phone got taken away." But when she does text/call me, it's only to ask me something. We never talk on the weekends. Sometimes I feel like she tries to embarr me. I got her something really nice for her birthday, whereas she didn't get me anything (this may sound selfish/juvenile but I was really hurt). She lies over the littlest things, like what her plans or grades are. She also gets really hurt when we don't talk because she doesn't have many friends. She didn't bother calling/texting me a happy Thanksgiving at all but she did text me Merry Christmas and that she "misses" me. However, when I sign online, she immediately goes invisible. And just now I went on my other sn and found out she blocked me (I don't even talk to her online). Despite all of this, she expects us to be friends "for life."
