A question about acids and bases and neutralization?

If the strong acid and the strong base are mixed in an exact 50:50 ratio of equal concentrations then the product will be a salt and water, which would theoretically be safe to drink if everything used in the experiment was brand new and not contaminated by anything else unsafe.
