I cant remember the name for this movie?

i watched it 2 or 3 years ago, its about this woman and she is a scientist learning about phantoms. the starting scene is when shes in a dream, standing on a cliff and there's a thousand phantoms running at her, then she wakes up, shes in a spaceship in space with zero grav. i also remember she falls in love with one of the soldiers that's protecting her from a real invasion of phantoms on her base, than they drive in this car to a tree that's phantom and destroy it.. the end
