Which waiver wire QB should I use this week?

Drew Brees is my only QB so I need to pick up someone from the wire. We have limited free picks for the season so I'm trying to decide if I should get someone who has long term value or just someone who will do well this week. My top two options are probably Kyle Orton (at Pats) or Derek Anderson (at Bills). Others are Jason Campbell, Matthew Stafford, and Kerry Collins. Any thoughts, ideas, or arguments?
