What's it called??? Not a stroller.....?

I saw one earlier and I don't know what it's called. It's great for parents going jogging. You push it and the children sit in it and can play. It's completely shaded off. It's like a little tent. What's it called? Its not a stroller!! Sometimes I see bmx bikers towing their kids in them
