Was it smart to start reggie williams?

my line up is in and im just wondering if i made the right choice for my third receiver i started reggie williams(jax) over devin hester, steve smith(NYG), devery henderson,brandon loyd did i do the right thing. i can only play 3 and the other starters are calvin johnson and larry fitzgerald
