The most important thing is you. He doesn't respect you. If he did he would have been changed and you can't love someone you don't respect. Don't let anyone make you feel worthless not him or anyone in your family NO ONE. I feel that you should let him go for not only yourself but your child. If he keeps you down, your child will since that children always can. I was in the situation you are in but I didn't have a child but what helped me was God. God helped me forgive my ex. We are friends but I could never let him hurt me again. With God in your life you won't ever be alone and he will help you be happy with yourself mostly and everything else will fall in line. If you could please read Psalms 42, 43, and 91. Also John 13. It isn't over night but it is worth the try. I know I don't know you but I do love you and I don't want you to go through these things you deserve the best.
