It feels like i have a bruise on my skull right near my temple. is that bad?

i was in a soccer game and a girl pushed me over and fell on top of me. being a dirty player, as she was getting up she horse kicked me with her cleat right on my temple. it gave me a beating headache and i felt nauseous for about 50 minute after that, but i still played the game. i still have a slight head ache, but it fells more like a bruise to the touch. do i have a concussion? or is there another word for a bruise on your skull?
