Help me with my Atkins DIET!?

I started atkins 4 years ago and lost 40 pounds. Since then I have yo-yo'ed, but overall I am still down about 30 pounds. I think it is the best eating style for some people. It totally cleared up my skin and made me feel so energetic. Anyway, I drink an atkins shake every morning - they are pretty good and cheapest at target - and I never worry about saturated fats... I am semi-vegetarian so it is harder to do atkins, but i mostly eat string cheese, peanut er, eggs, low carb bread, chicken, fish, nuts, tuna, other cheese, etc. Egg drop soup is great (watch for added sugars though) and tuna melts are great a good easy staple (on lettuce or on low carb bread). Low carb bread is essential for getting through lunchtime (at least for me). There are also some pretty good lowcarb tortillas. Salads of course are another good option and veggies. I hate most veggies though so I don't have much more advice about that. There are a lot of atkins cookbooks with lots of ideas about dinners, snacks, drinks, desserts, etc. Also, best tip of all, your craving for off-limits foods and sugar will go away if you stick to the diet religiously for five days. I promise. It is pretty easy sailing if you can just get through those first 5 days! Good luck!
