Heartache - How to Remedy the Pain?

Yesterday a guy who I thought loved me broke my heart. Then, today he rubbed it in by telling me that I am not his type and he know longer wants any contact with me. We, or atleast I felt, were a perfect match. We had so many of the same interests, really connected but he chose to end it and go back to his old gf. What makes it worse is that he broke my heart by text messaging me on my cell phone. We were only gf and bf for a few days. He was my 1st real love and the pain is intence. My heart physically hurts as if its been stepped on and dipped in acid(no it's not heart burn), and is beating rapidly. It's as if he ripped my heart out of my chest, tore it apart, threw the pieces on the ground and is grinding them into the dirt. I knew love was complicated but I didn't think it was this painful. We both go to the same college and share a cl. I don't know how to deal with seeing him now. What can I do to remedy the pain? Will Tylonel help to get rid of the physical pain in my heart?
