Have a concrete pad and one cinder block wall....?

Keep the one wall and build off of that.. Would be a waste of time and money to tear down a good wall to put up another one... To answer your question about connecting to the concrete pad is to get pressure treated lumber and use a masonry bit to drill holes into the slab through your lumber and use concrete expansion bolts (a href="http://www.ameribestfasteners.com/_borders/SUPREME.jpg)" rel="nofollow"http://www.ameribestfasteners.com/_borde…/a to attach the lumber/wall frame to the slab and build up..
