Another reason for not having periods besides pregnancy?

I am currently NOT ually active the last time i have was on march... im not ually active and I have gone two entire months without my period (October and November)? I'm very worried I can't be having a menopause because I'm only 20...are there any other reasons for not getting a period besides pregnancy???
