Been to an Iberostar resort's disco?

I'm going to an Iberostar resort in the Playa Del Carmen area of Mexico (specifically Paraiso del Mar) in a few days. Has anyone been to del Mar's adult disco or even any Iberostar disco. What is it like? How dressed up should I get? What's the gender ratio like?
