Can anyone have so called "semitic" facial features?

they say semitic facial features of the jews and the arabs are similar but the latter has darker skin? jews and arabs are supposed to have a long hooked nose (extremely hooked in jews), curly dark hair, almond or oval dark eyes, arched eyebrows unibrow. and long face with weak jaw? and pale to olive skin or brownish is this correct? the thing is is that i seen so called semitic facial features on non-semites like armenians turks and even greeks/italians do those nationalities have any semitic admix? and i have seen some nashkenazi jews and even northern arabs (from lebanon syria) who dont look very semitic and have small noses rounder face lighter skin etc maybe they are mixed with eastern europeans?
